Amanda Anglin Zellers is a third-generation Funeral Director who brings both heritage and heart to her role at the funeral home. A graduate of Murray State University, Amanda earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2007 and her MBA in 2008. She began working in funeral service in 2003, she is a licensed Funeral Director and Pre-Need Agent. 


Amanda is involved in most every aspect of the funeral home’s operations. Her daily

responsibilities include meeting with families and managing business operations.


In addition to her work, Amanda is actively involved in children and youth ministries at Dover First Church of the Nazarene and is a dedicated advocate for the Children’s Tumor Foundation. She values time with her husband and their two children, finding joy in both family life and her career.

Angela Elliott serves as the friendly and dependable presence behind the scenes at Anglin Funeral Home. With a strong background in healthcare and many years of experience at a local doctor’s office, Angela brought her caring nature and organizational skills to the funeral home in

2021.


As Office Administrator, Angela ensures that everything runs smoothly day to day. She provides vital support to the funeral directors and staff, helping ensure that every detail is thoughtfully managed.


Outside of work, Angela is an active member of Big Rock Baptist Church. She has a passion for photography and finds joy near the water—whether it’s a trip to the beach or a quiet moment by the lake. A proud mother and grandmother, Angela treasures time spent with her family most of all.

Landon Anglin is a third-generation Funeral Director who combines tradition with a personal commitment to serving families during their time of need. He began working in the family funeral business in 2010 and earned his degree from John A. Gupton Mortuary College in 2014. 


As a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer, Landon is actively involved in all aspects of care, from meeting with families and coordinating services to overseeing funeral operations. Known for his calm and respectful presence, he is dedicated to providing meaningful, personalized services.


Landon is an active member of his church and enjoys spending time outdoors—especially

hunting, cooking, and playing golf. He is happily married and shares his home with two beloved

dogs.

Rick Joiner has been a valued member of the Anglin Funeral Home team since 2019, bringing with him a lifelong commitment to serving the Stewart County community. In his role as PreNeed Counselor and Funeral Director Assistant, Rick guides individuals and families through the pre-arrangement process with care, clarity, and compassion. He also assists with funeral

services, helping ensure each detail is thoughtfully handled.


Rick’s professional service is deeply rooted in a legacy of public involvement. He has a long

history with the Stewart County Volunteer Fire Department, has served 20 years as Stewart

County Mayor, and currently serves as a County Commissioner. He is also a member of the 911 Board and remains active in Stewart County Volunteer Fire & Rescue. 


A dedicated husband and father, Rick finds great fulfillment in family life. He is also a devoted member and deacon at Big Rock Baptist Church, where his commitment to faith and community continues to make a lasting impact.

Dennis Campbell is the kind of person you meet once and feel like you’ve known for years. With a welcoming smile and a friendly word for everyone, Dennis brings warmth and experience to his role as Funeral Director and Embalmer at Anglin Funeral Home.


A native of Paris, Tennessee, Dennis graduated from Mid-America College of Funeral Service in Jeffersonville, Indiana, in 1986. He dedicated 25 years to funeral service in his hometown before joining the Anglin team in 2008, where he has since become a trusted and familiar presence to the families of Dover and the surrounding community.


Dennis handles all aspects of funeral directing and embalming with professionalism and care. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors and taking scenic rides through Land Between the Lakes. He is happily married and cherishes time with his wonderful family.

Sean Teixeira serves as a Funeral Director Assistant at Anglin Funeral Home. A proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Sean served honorably in Operation Enduring Freedom. His military background instilled in him a strong sense of discipline, service, and dedication—qualities he brings to his work every day.


Since joining our team in 2021, Sean has assisted in all aspects of funeral service, helping to ensure that each family is cared for with the highest level of respect and professionalism. His calm presence and sincere approach make him a trusted part of the team.


Outside of work, Sean enjoys spending time with his wife and son, getting lost in a good book, and following his favorite sports teams. He is also active in his church, where his commitment to faith and community continues to guide his life.

Wayne Anglin has been a cornerstone of funeral service in our community for over five decades. He began his career in 1968 while attending college, working alongside his father, Herman Anglin, and Mr. G.C. Milligan. In 1972, Wayne graduated from John A. Gupton Mortuary College in Nashville, TN, and went on to become a licensed Funeral Director, Embalmer, and Pre-Need

Sales Agent.


2025 marks an incredible 57 years of unwavering service to the families of our community. Throughout his career, Wayne has been committed to providing compassionate care and expert guidance, ensuring that every family’s needs are met with dignity and respect. 


As Wayne begins to lean into retirement, he continues to guide the funeral home with the same dedication that has defined his career. In his spare time, he enjoys spending moments on the family farm, playing golf, traveling, and most importantly, cherishing time with his wife, Hope, their three children, and five grandchildren.

Herman is a licensed funeral director and began his funeral service career in 1951 with Milligan and Ridgeway Funeral Home. In 1970, with the retirement of the then-owner, G.C. Milligan, Herman and his wife Margie purchased what is now Anglin Funeral Home.  2020 marked 69 years of service for Herman and 50 years of ownership. Herman now enjoys a life of retirement.

Mark Anglin’s dedication to his community and his family’s funeral home was evident

throughout his life. He began working at Anglin Funeral Home while still in high school, learning the value of service from an early age. Mark attended John A. Gupton College in Nashville, TN, and became a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer in 1981.


2019 marked 41 years of service to the families of Stewart County. Sadly, Mark passed away in June 2019 after a long battle with cancer, but his legacy remains deeply embedded in both Anglin Funeral Home and the community he served with such devotion.


Mark was a devoted husband, father, and man of God. His faith, compassion, and unwavering commitment to others left an enduring impact on all who knew him. Though he is no longer with us, his contributions and spirit continue to guide Anglin Funeral Home and inspire those who

carry on his work.
