I met Cathi in late 90's when she became our Director of Nursing at Manor House, and I was in charge of supplies and working the floor as a tech. I had many laughs with Cathi during those months at Manor House and even after she had left and worked for home Health. I am saddned over this loss for nursing lost one of the Best DON for she cared not just for her residents but her coworkers, and she loved her friends and family. 

She use to call me her problem child for I had one two many, or I said what I thought without anyone guessing what I meant.  She would say jokingly, "Lisa, can you be any planier than that?" Yes she was a friend. We may not had talked or seen one another much, but if she ever reached out to me I'd had been there.

This is not goodbye...but see ya later friend.
