Obituary for Dane Reynolds

Dane Reynolds, 68 of Dover, TN passed away Friday, December 18, 2015 at Diversicare of Dover.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 30, 2016 at 11:00 am at the First Christian Church of Dover with Rev. Adam Janes officiating. Graveside services with military honors will follow at the Page Cemetery.
Mr. Reynolds was born March 24, 1947 in Carroll County, TN son of the late Gilbert Reynolds and Mattilene Allen Reynolds Bursley. Mr. Reynolds was retired from Gerdau Ameristeel Corporation, and was a U.S. Army veteran serving two tours in Vietnam. He graduated from Austin Peay State University with B.S. degress in Art History and in later years became an accomplished artist, a sculptor and a painter.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Rodney Reynolds. Survivors include his wife, Dee Link Reynolds and nieces, Jada Wright (Randy) of Burns, TN, Shanda Lancaster (Chris) of McEwen, TN, Rhea Kiker (Adam) and Leila Reynolds, both of Dallas, GA.
The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to the staff of Diversicare of Dover for their outstanding care. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First Christian Church, Dover, TN. Honorary pallbearers will be William Francis, Peter Francis, John Francis, Chase Link, Sam Holland, Randy Wright, and Adam Kiker. Online condolences may be made by visiting anglinfuneralhome.com
