Nancy Ann Shepherd, 76 of Indian Mound, TN passed away on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at Tennova Medical Center. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 30, 2016 at 1:00 pm at Anglin Funeral Home with Rev. David Whitehead officiating. Burial will follow in the Hall Cemetery, Indian Mound, TN. Visitation will held on Friday, April 29, 2016 from 4-7:00 pm and on Saturday, April 30, 2016 from 11:00 am until the hour of service. Arrangements are entrusted to Anglin Funeral Home, Inc., Dover, TN.
She was born April 16, 1940 in Clarksville, TN daughter of the late John Kimble Smith, IV and Mary Virginia Murphy Smith. Mrs. Shepherd was a hairdresser. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Richard Lee Smith. Survivors include her husband, Douglas Shepherd, Indian Mound, TN, sons, Calvin Shepherd, (Crystal), Indian Mound, TN, William Cherry (Nicole), AR, brother, John Kimble Smith, Clarksville, TN, sister, Mary Anna Smith O’Day, Clarksville, TN, grandchildren, Jack Carney, Cameron Carney, Cole Shepherd, Alexa Cherry and Quinn Cherry. Pallbearers will be Quinn Cherry, Jack Carney, Cameron Carney, Cole Shepherd, Calvin Shepherd, John O’Day, Richard O’Day, John Smith, VI and Chris Irizarry.
