Maidell W. Dennis, 89 of Indian Mound, TN passed away on Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at the Manor House of Dover. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Anglin Funeral Home with Bro. Mitchell Allen officiating. Burial will follow in the Dunbar Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday, January 23, 2014 from 4-8:00 pm and on Saturday, January 24, 2015 from 12-2:00 pm at Anglin Funeral Home.
She was born September 19, 1925 in Stewart Co., TN daughter of the late Sam and Mary Allen Welker. Mrs. Dennis was retired from the Civil Service at Ft. Campbell. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by husband, Corbin "Candy" Dennis and brother, James Welker. Survivors include her sons, Robert Dennis, Indian Mound, TN, Michael Dennis (Rita), Anniston, AL, Wayne Dennis (Aveta), Indian Mound, TN, Doyle Dennis, Indian Mound, TN, daughter, Beverly Bryant (Larry), Tenn. Ridge, TN, brother, Robert Welker, sister, Myra Hutchison, nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
