Obituary for Jerry Jay Adams

Jerry Jay Adams, age 75, of Dover, passed away Saturday, September 13, 2014 at Gateway Medical Center, Clarksville, Tennessee. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Ohio.
He was born, June 3, 1939 in Springfield, OH, son of the late Elno and Ruth McClure Adams. Mr. Adams was retired from Robbins & Myers, Inc. where he worked as a tool and die machinist. He was a life time member of the Salvation Army Church, Springfield, OH, and attended the Walnut Grove Baptist Church, Dover, TN.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his brothers, Elno Adams, Jr. Glen Adams, Dale Adams, and Andrew Adams.
He is survived by his son Michael Adams and daughter, Stacey Burchett (Dale), Dover, TN, 15 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
