William Thomas

William Glenn Thomas, 67 of Indian Mound, TN passed away on Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at Centennial Medical Center. He was born June 19, 1949 in Granite City, IL. He is the son of the late John and Ethel Fleet Long. Mr. Thomas worked road construction. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Beverly Ross Thomas. Survivors include his son, Nick Jateff, Panama City, FL, daughters, Stacia Williams, Fayetteville, NC, Terri Spink, Edwardsville, IL, Erin Morgan, Dover, TN, Elin Odenthal, Indian Mound, TN, brother, Coleman Beatty, Granite City, IL, sister, Darlene Nicholas, Troy, IL, fourteen grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 4, 2017 at 10:00 am at Anglin Funeral Home with Bro. Anthony Daley officiating. Burial will follow in the Heflin Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 4, 2017 from 9-10:00 am at Anglin Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Cory Thomas, Shelby Thomas, Elijah Thomas, Peter Odenthal, Jr., Gavin Slobig and David Keator. Arrangements are entrusted to Anglin Funeral Home, Dover, TN.
