William Hall Sykes, 85, Dover, passed away, Sunday, September 18, 2011 at Manor House of Dover. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 am Wednesday, September 21, at Stewart County Memorial Gardens. Anglin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Sykes was born February 2, 1926, in Stewart County, son of the late George A. and Georgie Bell Sykes. He is preceded in death by his wife, Stella Hager Sykes.
