William Mitchell Keel, 90, Dover, died Thursday, May 20, 2010, at Manor House of Dover. A private service will be held. Burial will be in Heflin Cemetery. Anglin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. He was born August 31, 1919 in Stewart County, TN son of the late Elliott and Mary Keatts Keel. He is preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Inez Wallace Keel. He is survived by his children.
