William Cottrell

William Lewis Cottrell, 80, Dover, died Wednesday, May 19, 2010, at his residence. The funeral will be held at 11:00 am Saturday at Anglin Funeral Home. Burial will be in Taylor's Chapel Cemetery, Dover, TN. Visitation will be from 5:00 -8:00 pm Friday and from 9:00am-11:00 am Saturday at Anglin Funeral Home.
Anglin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. He was born Sept. 15, 1929 in Dover, TN son of the late Lloyd and Zettie Fitzhugh Cottrell. Mr. Cottrell was a retired supervisor with Cadillac Motors, Detroit, MI. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Truman and Buster Cottrell, sisters, Bonnie Marklow, Emma Cottrell and Virginia Shepherd. Survivors include his wife, Laura Bryant Cottrell, Dover; sons, James Edward Cottrell, Detroit,MI, William "Leo" Cottrell (Donna), Dover; daughter, Vicki Joan Cottrell, Dover; grandchildren, Leo Cottrell, II and Jeremy Cottrell and six great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
