Wayne Watts

Wayne Watts, 81, Dover, TN passed away on Monday, August 20, 2012 at his residence. Graveside services will be on Thursday, August 23, 2012 at 10:00am at the Greenhill Cemetery, Bumpus Mills, TN with Johnny Harris officiating. Visitation will be on Wednesday, August 22, 2012 from 5-8:00pm at Anglin Funeral Home. He was born September 27, 1930 in Shallowater, TX son of the late William and Almyra Warren Watts. Mr. Watts was a retired helicopter maintenance instructor with the Civil Service, U.S. Army veteran and a member of Bumpus Mills Church of Christ. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his daughter, Myra McWhorter, three brothers and one sister. Survivors include his wife, Patricia Martin Watts, Dover, TN; son, Lyndon Wayne Watts, Clarksville, TN; daughters, Diana Heathco, Dover, TN, Beverly Lewis, Indian Mound, TN; son in laws, Brandon Lewis and Haden McWhorter; seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Preston Kemp, Gary Hughes, Ken Gossett, Larry Atkins, Artie Peacher, Jeff Champion. Honorary pallbearer will be Ray Sexton.
