Wayne Dennis

Wayne Dennis, age 70, of Dover, Tennessee passed away Sunday, May 12, 2019 at St. Thomas West in Nashville, Tennessee. He was born June 29, 1948, son of the late Oklas Dennis and Mavis Brumley Dennis. Mr. Dennis was retired from Trane, and a member of Pleasant Hill Freewill Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Freddy Dennis. Survivors include his wife, Linda Travis, of Dover, TN, and brothers, Hugh Dennis and Ricky Dennis, both of Dover, TN.
The funeral service will be at 11:00 am on Thursday, May 16, 2019 at Anglin Funeral Home, with Bro. Steve Phillips officiating. Visitation will be from 9:00 am until the time of service on Thursday, at Anglin Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Green Cemetery in Dover, TN. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. The family asks that all donations be made to Pleasant Hill Freewill Baptist Church.
