Mrs. Wanda Faye Hamilton, age 77, of Dover, Tennessee, passed away on Saturday, January 24, 2026, at her home, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on March 10, 1948, in Ringo, Oklahoma, the daughter of the late Charlie Beshears and Ora Mae Beshears.
A woman of grace and elegance, Wanda was always impeccably put together. She was a gifted painter with a creative soul, and she found great joy in gardening and antiquing. With a true servant’s heart, she devoted many years to her work as a Licensed Vocational Nurse, where she took special pride in caring for and helping others. When her health allowed, she faithfully attended Bear Springs Baptist Church. Above all, she cherished her family and was a loving wife and devoted mother.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 60 years, Billie J. Hamilton, Jr.; her children, Chantael R. Costello, Roy W. Hamilton, and William J. Hamilton; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and her siblings, Reuben Beshears, Glenda Marie Childers, Janet Bryant, and Debbie Monk.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:45 a.m. at Anglin Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at 1:00 p.m. at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West in Hopkinsville, Kentucky with Bro. Steven Head officiating. Family members will serve as pallbearers.
Arrangements are entrusted to Anglin Funeral Home, Dover, Tennessee. Online condolences may be made at www.anglinfuneralhome.com.
