Wanda Fay Coleman

Mrs. Wanda Fay Coleman, age 71, of Indian Mound, TN, passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, September 6, 2026.

Wanda was born on November 23, 1954, in Indian Mound, TN, the daughter of the late Dewey Burkhart and Naomi Grizzard Burkhart.

Wanda was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She held several local jobs throughout her working years before beginning a long and dedicated career with Jostens, where she worked for more than 30 years as a technician. Wanda enjoyed a variety of crafts and especially cherished the time she spent with her family and friends. She also loved fishing, spending time outdoors, and enjoying the simple pleasures of life.

In addition to her parents, Wanda was preceded in death by her siblings, James Burkhart, Carolyn Threatt, Janie Travis, Ora Lee McGovern, Betty Turner, Leon Burkhart, and Florence Shepherd.

She is survived by her loving husband, Joseph Coleman; daughters, Jennifer Jackson (Wade) and Kelly Watters; brother, Donnie Burkhart (Jane); grandchildren, Ryan Cook, Christopher Watters, Mikalya Jackson, Lindsey Watters, Bryson Jackson, and Jacob Watters; and great-grandchildren, Henry Jackson and Rhealeigh Watters.

Wanda will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing and loving her.

Visitation for Wanda will be held on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at Anglin Funeral Home from 11:00 am until the time of service at 1:00 pm. The funeral service will begin at 1:00 pm on Tuesday at Anglin Funeral Home with President David Victorina and Bro. Jonathan Jones. Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery, Indian Mound, TN. Her grandsons and nephews will be serving as pallbearers.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Tennessee Quality Hospice Care.
