Veatrice O. Trawick, 86 of Carlisle, TN passed away on Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at her daughter’s residence. Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 31, 2015 from 9-11:00 am with funeral services following at 11:00 am at Anglin Funeral Home with Russell Houske officiating. Anglin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
She was born January 23, 1929 in Livermore, KY daughter of the late Elbert and Mary Cabbage Gibbs. Mrs. Trawick was a homemaker and a Christian. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Albert Trawick, Jr., sons, Steven Lee Trawick, David O’Dell Trawick, and sister, Dorothy Antonpoulos. Survivors include her sons, Ernest Albert Trawick, III, Carlisle, TN, Richard Trawick, Granite City, IL, Mark Gibbs Trawick, Salem, MO, daughters, Lisa Breeze, Lowndes, MO, Janet Welker, Carlisle, TN, brother, Elvin Gibbs, Granite City, IL, eighteen grandchildren and twenty four great grandchildren.
