Troy Earhart, age 28, of Dover, passed away Friday, September 27, 2013 at his residence. A graveside service will be held 11:00 am Tuesday, October 1, 2013 at Jackson Cemetery. Anglin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. He was born May 9, 1985 in Montgomery County, TN, son of Conrad Earhart and Tammy Gibbs Fox. In addition to his parents, both of Dover, he is survived by his sister, Lisa Earhart, Dover, and step-mother, Penny Earhart, Dover.
