Tiffany Outlaw, age 33, of Dover, passed away, Friday, April 4, 2014, at her residence. A memorial service will be at 3:00 pm Sunday, April 27, 2014 at Dyers Creek Park, gathering will begin at 2:00 pm with fellowship to follow the memorial service. She was born April 8, 1980 in Grand Rapids, MN, daughter of Timothy Epps and Patricia Lowe Hutchinson. Mrs. Outlaw was a homemaker. She is survived by her husband, Jared Outlaw, sons, Riley and Emmitt Outlaw, daughter Maddie Outlaw, all of Dover, father, Timothy Epps (Mary), Clarksville, TN, mother, Patricia Lowe Hutchinson (John), Dover, brothers, Robbie Epps, Clarksville, TN, Josh Epps, Dover, and Lincoln Epps, Dover.
