Stanley Bryant

Stanley Edward Bryant, 76, Dover, died Sunday, October 10, 2010, at Gateway Medical Center. The funeral will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday at Anglin Funeral Home, Inc. with Bro. Melvin Dunaway and Bro. Dean Lee officiating. Burial will be in Stewart County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 4:00 - 8:00 pm Tuesday and from 9:00 am till the hour of service Wednesday at Anglin Funeral Home.
Anglin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. He was born April 25, 1934 in Stewart County, TN, son of the late Oscar and Emma Anglin Bryant. Mr. Bryant worked at Brigham's Hardware, was retired from Stewart County Board of Education, and was a Baptist. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his son, Kenny Bryant, grandchildren, Billy White, Brian Killius, and Rebecca Lewis, great grandchild, Chastity White, brothers, Lex Bryant and J.C. Bryant. Survivors include his wife, Delores Cathey Bryant, children, Michael Bryant, Pedro and Carol Bryant, William and Penny White, Karen and Ronnie Hicks, Lisa White, Debbie and Jeff Odom, and Kathy McElroy, all of Dover, ten grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Jeremy Hicks, Jacob Hicks, Cody Bridges, William White, Joshua Bryant, and Ronnie Hicks.
