Silas Filden Church, 88 of Bon Aqua, TN passed away on Monday, February 16, 2015 at his residence. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2015 at 11:00 am at Anglin Funeral Home with James Kahler, Mark Hammaker and Byron Benson officiating. Burial will follow at the Stewart Co. Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be on Saturday, February 21, 2015 from 10-11:00 am at Anglin Funeral Home.
He was born April 10, 1926 in West Virginia son of the late Samson and Bertha Green Church. Mr. Church worked construction for Wassertrom Co. and was a U.S. Navy WWII veteran. Survivors include his wife, Imogene Centers Church, Bon Aqua, TN, daughters, Kathy Wallace, Pleasant View, TN, Cindy Smith, Bon Aqua, TN, and Joanie Walker, Franklin, TN. Family will serve as pallbearers.
