Scott Jack

Scott Jack, age 47, of Indian Mound, passed away, Saturday, July 28, 2012 at his residence. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, August 4, at Saline Creek. Anglin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. He was born December 23, 1964, in Ohio, son of Vernon Jack and Nancy Dies. He is preceded in death by his father, Vernon Jack. Survivors include his mother, Nancy McFee Dies (James), Beloit, OH, wife, Tonya McPherson Jack, Indian Mound, children, Marcus Jack, Indian Mound, Miguel Jack, Indian Mound, Domineque Radford, Norfork, VA, Lacy Jack, Indian Mound, Trista Evanitcka, Sebring, OH, sister, Verona Vicars, Buloit, OH, brother-in-law and best friend Bryan McPherson.
