Ruby Johnson

Ruby Ester (Wolfe) Johnson, 92 of Indian Mound, TN went home to be with the Lord, Friday, March 21, 2014 surrounded by her children. A celebration of life service was held on Monday, March 24, 2014 at 1:00 pm at the Cross Creek Baptist Church with Bro. Tony Chester officiating. Burial was in the Cross Creek Cemetery. Anglin Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
She was born August 14, 1921 in Stewart Co., TN daughter of the late Elmer and Judith (Walker) Wolfe. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Nancy Waynick and great grandson, Jonathon Hall. Survivors include her daughters, Mary Hall, Lois Cunningham, Felicia Sholar(Buddy); two sons, Tony Johnson and Julian Johnson; sisters, Minerva Young and Virginia Riddle; thirteen grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were, Tim Hall, Jeff Sholar, Darin Sholar, Chris Johnson, Leonard Malloy, TC Hall, Julian Johnson and Jimmy Greeson. Honorary pallbearers were Teddy Smith, Eugene Wolfe, Pete Trump, George Cunningham and Edward Cunningham. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Cross Creek Cemetery fund.
