Roger Atkins, age 67 of Indian Mound, TN passed away Monday, December 4, 2023 at AHC Nursing Home, Paris, TN. He was born in Fort Knox, KY on December 11, 1955 the beloved son of the late James Harold and Eva Nell Lewis Atkins. Roger was an outdoorsman. He had a big heart and was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Ronald Atkins.
Roger is survived by his sisters; Amy Lorraine Ricketts and Charmaine Bowers; several nieces and nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews and a host of friends.
A graveside service will be held at Fairview Cemetery, Indian Mound, TN on Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at 11:00 am with Bro. Joe Shannon officiating. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
