Robyn Rud

Mrs. Robyn Rud, 73 of Indian Mound, TN passed away peacefully on November 3, 2026 with loving family by her side. Born on October 25, 1953 the daughter of Wiley and Flara Bell Allman.

Robyn loved her family dearly, and they were truly the center of her world. Nothing brought her greater happiness than preparing a home-cooked meal and having her family gathered around the table. The time she spent playing with Jaycie and her baby dolls was priceless, creating cherished memories that will last a lifetime. Robyn also had a special love for the roses in her front yard. She took great pride in caring for them and found joy in watching them bloom, appreciating their beauty and vibrant colors. Each summer, she also looked forward to feeding the hummingbirds, delighting in their visits and the simple pleasures of nature. During her quiet moments, Robyn enjoyed working crossword puzzles. Above all, Robyn loved the Lord and faithfully attended Dover Church of Christ, where she continued to grow in her faith and treasured the fellowship and friendships of her church family.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Katherine Kay Durham and brother, Glenwood Benny Allman.

She leaves behind her family, her loving and devoted husband of 53 years, James O. Rud; her son, James 'Tree' Matthew Rud and daughter-in-law, Stacy; granddaughter, Jaycie Lynn Rud; sisters, Charlotte Mayo (Sam), Alice Prophater (Stephen), Janet Cooper (Stanley) Joyce Jarrell and Denise Cooper; brothers, Edward Allman (Jacki) and Wiley Allman (Annette).

A visitation will be held at Anglin Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 10, 2026 beginning at 1:00 pm with a funeral service at 3:00 pm.
