Robert Westerman

Robert Westerman, 77, Dover, TN passed away on Sunday, July 15, 2012 at his residence. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 17, 2012 at The Rock Baptist Church, Dover, TN at 2:00 pm with Bro. Dickey Conley and Rev. David Whitehead officiating. Burial will follow in the Moore Cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday, July 17, 2012 from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm at The Rock Baptist Church, Dover, TN. He was born November 5, 1934 son of the late James and Aurora Matheny Westerman. Mr. Westerman was a retired timber cutter and a member of The Rock Baptist Church . In addition to his parents, he preceded in death by his son, James Lester Westerman, step daughter, Brenda Whitehead and sister, Nina Gray. Survivors include his wife, Margaret Cook Westerman, Dover, TN; sons, Jim Westerman, Houston Co. ,TN, Chris Westerman, Ohio, and Andy Westerman, Butte, MT; step son, Ronnie Whitehead, Houston Co., TN; daughters, Rita Westerman, Carrie Sever, Manhattan, MT, and Lila Wallace, Dover, TN; step daughters, Rita Rowlett, Stewart, TN, Freda Fallowell, Bumpus Mills, TN; brothers, Clifford Westerman, Old Lyme, CT, Rayburn Westerman, Paris, TN, and Glenn Westerman, New Britain, CT; sister, Diane Killius, Stewart, TN; twenty -one grandchildren and twenty- two great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Pedro Bryant, Ricky Woods, William Fallowell, Richard Harris, Walter Killius, Jr., and Don Williams. Honorary pallbearers will be Michael Rowlett, Timmy Rowlett, Zach Killius and Eric Killius.
