Robert Wayne Rippy, 58, Dover, TN passed away Monday, September 26, 2011 at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital. Funeral service will be held on Friday, September 30, 2011 at 11:00 am at Anglin Funeral Home with Jerry Moore and Keith Brittain officiating. Burial will follow at the Whitford Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, September 29, 2011 from 4-8 pm at Anglin Funeral Home.
He was born February 10, 1954 in Granite City, IL son of T.R. and Shirley Wagner Rippy. Mr Rippy was an Equipment Operator at the Bi-County Landfill, Woodlawn, TN. In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by one brother, Johnny Rippy. Survivors include his mother of Dover, TN; wife, Roni Perkins Rippy, Dover, TN; son, Dwayne Rippy, Parsons, TN; daughters, Lisa Wilson, Parsons, TN, Lori Brittain, Parsons, TN, Jessica Singer, Clarksville, TN, Tiffany Hill, Collierville, IL; brothers, Steve Rippy, Granite City, IL, David Rippy, Granite City, IL, James Rippy, Dover, TN, Jack Rippy, Dover, TN; sister, Sharon Thompson, Granite City, IL and eight grandchildren. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
