Robert John Calvey, age 70, of Dover, TN, passed away on Monday, September 10, 2018, at the VA Medical Center in Nashville, TN. He was born March 11, 1948, in Ohio, son of the late James and Hazel Marion Calvey. Mr. Calvey was a Sgt 1st Class in the United States Army. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a grandchild. Survivors include his wife, Antoinette Calvey, Dover, TN, sons, Johnny Calvey, Alaska, and Jimmy Calvey, Dover, TN, daughters, Wendy Calvey, Dyersburg, TN, and Linda, South Carolina, brother, James Calvey, TX, sisters, Linda McGurn, NC, and Julie Sommers, AZ, 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held September 14th, 2018, at 11:00am, at Mt. View Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to Anglin Funeral Home.
