Rita Jane Morgan

Rita Jane Morgan, 75, passed away peacefully on May 11, 2026, at her home overlooking the beautiful waters of Kentucky Lake. Those who knew Rita knew a woman who embraced life fully and brought that same infectious energy to everyone around her.

Rita is survived by her beloved husband, Lynn Jobe, and by the remarkable family she loved so deeply. Her children Tej Patel (Amber), Devin Patel (Sydney), and Lauren Patel (Derek) carry on her spirit, as do cherished family members Jason Jobe (Jen) and Janet Guzzano (Christian). Rita was blessed with twelve grandchildren - Allie, Connor, Enzo, Evan, Isabelle, Jack, Julian, Michael, Nolan, Nora, Paolo, and Violet - each one a testament to the love she poured into her family.

She is also survived by her brothers, Ross Morgan (Brenda), and her sister, Fern Perry.

Rita was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Rosa Morgan, and her brother, Bruce Morgan.

A private celebration of Rita's life will be held for those who were fortunate enough to know and love her.
