Reva Jewell Hicks Wheeler

Ms. Reva Jewell Hicks Wheeler, age 91, of Dover, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 20, 2025, at Dover Care Center, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on December 6, 1934, in Stewart County, Tennessee, the beloved daughter of the late Robert G. Wallace and Ruby Reynolds Wallace. Jewell was known for her strong work ethic and her deep love for family. She found great joy in the simple pleasures of life-fishing, gardening, and spending time outdoors. One of her greatest delights was making memories with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, whether playing football and baseball with them or watching them swim and laugh in her pool. Her home was a place of warmth, love, and togetherness.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Leon Hicks; her second husband, Donald Wheeler; her daughter, Karen Conlee; her siblings, Bobby Wallace, Dalton Wallace, Danny Wallace, and Gladys March; her siblings who passed in infancy, Kathy and Ronnie Wallace; her son-in-law, Marty Riggins; and her daughter-in-law, Karen Cathy Hicks.

She is survived by her devoted children: son, Ronnie Hicks; daughters, Marilyn Riggins, Lisa Glasgow (Chris), and Nina McPherson (Kevin); her sister, Janice Keatts; along with 13 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren; and son-in-law, David Conlee, all of whom will cherish her memory and carry her legacy of love forward.

A private graveside service will be held, with family members serving as pallbearers.
