Phyllis Lynn Dortch, age 59 of Dover, passed away June 28, 2020 at Tennova Healthcare, Clarksville, TN. She was born November 20, 1959 in Houston County, TN, daughter of the late Carl and Elizabeth Cook Dortch. She was a Stewart County High School Graduate.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by three sisters and one brother.
Phyllis is survived by five sisters and six brothers.
Private graveside services will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, July 2, 2020 at the Cumberland City Cemetery.
Arrangements are entrusted to Anglin Funeral Home, Dover, TN.
