Peggy Rorie

Peggy Ann Rorie, age 73, of Indian Mound, TN, passed away peacefully at her residence, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on September 1, 1951, in Indian Mound, TN, to the cherished parents McKinley and Addie Mae Castile Rorie.

Peggy had an immense love for her family and devoted her life to caring for generations of children, who looked up to her with great affection. She also took great joy in her flower gardens, showcasing her 'green thumb' with vibrant blooms that reflected her nurturing spirit.

She is preceded in death by her parents, as well as her brothers William, Marshall, and James Rorie, and her sisters Patricia Boone and Patsy Rorie.

Peggy is survived by her loving and devoted family; brothers, Ted Rorie and Gene Rorie; sister, Betty Hutchinson and many precious nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 21, at 1:00 PM at Kinley Hollow Family Cemetery; 158 Kinley Hollow Rd; Indian Mound, TN, with Brian Grasty officiating. Burial will follow, with family members William Rorie, Gene Rorie, Ted Rorie, Mike Rorie, Russell Boone, and Crystal Rorie serving as pallbearers.
