Patsy Geneva Scarborough, 77, Granite City, IL, died Monday, March 21, 2011 at Collinsville Health Care Center, Collinsville, IL. The funeral will be at 1:00 pm Friday, March 25, at Anglin Funeral Home. Burial will be at the Cumberland City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 am until the service, Friday at Anglin Funeral Home. She was born, December 23, 1933 in Carlisle, daughter of Ernest and Mary Chadwick Outlaw. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Brooks Scarborough. Survivors include her children, Robert (Virginia) Scarborough, Dix, IL, John (Donna) Scarborough, Granite City, IL, granddaughter, Shelene (Seth) Treptow, Collinsville, IL, sister, June Lafferty, Cumberland City, brother, Macon (Nancy) Outlaw, Tennessee Ridge, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
