Patrick Michael Conrad, 23, Dover, TN passed away on Sunday, April 1, 2012 in Stewart Co. , TN. Funeral services will be Saturday, April 7, 2012 at 1:00 pm at Walnut Grove Baptist Church with Peter Flornoy officiating. Burial will follow in Wofford Cemetery. Visitation will be on Saturday, April 7, 2012 from 12-1:00 pm at the Walnut Grove Baptist Church. He was born January 29, 1989 in Phillipsburg, KS son of Ronald Conrad and Mary Lou Farley. Mr. Conrad was Certified Nurse Assistant. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Ronald Max Conrad and Ethel Frazier. In addition to his father of Kansas and his mother of Dover, survivors include his great grandmother, Winifred DeShane, Utica, NY, maternal grandparents, Arthur J. Garhartt, III and Sharon DeShane-Garhartt, brother, John Conrad-Galusha, Herkimer, NY, sister, Desiree Conrad, Ilion, NY, half-brothers, Grant and Davin Conrad, OK, nephews, Velton George Walters-Galusha and Dubhlainn Mullin and niece, Neala Mullin. Pallbearers will be Art Garhartt, Dale Spisak, Roger Spisak, Tammie Spisak, Jim Savage, Larry Fitzhugh, Randy Spergin, Mike Winstead.
