On July 17, 2024, Patricia Ann Yerrick, aged 60, passed away peacefully at Tennova Healthcare in Clarksville, TN with loved ones by her side.
Patricia, better known as Trish, was born on February 25, 1964 in Seattle, WA as the daughter of Robert Steven Dotson and Linda Rose Dotson Pipkins. Trish was the 2nd of 4 children (Daniel, Kelli, and Jenna.)
Trish married the love of her life, Marty John Yerrick, her husband of 33 years, on April 13, 1991. Together they had two children, Cailyn Dena and Kyle Robert. She and Marty raised their family to be hard working, loyal, and to have a great sense of humor.
Trish thoroughly enjoyed her job as a dispatcher with Merced County Sheriff’s Office for 20 years. She is remembered as being the office mom and is especially known for her infectious laugh and her ability to make everyone else laugh with her. Legend has it, she still holds the record for Merced County’s Fastest Typer. After her retirement, she and Marty moved to Indian Mound, TN and began the retirement of their dreams.
Trish was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. She enjoyed camping trips, pedicures, drinks with the girls, co-ed softball, cooking shows, and True Crime. Additionally, Trish loved making jokes and playing pranks, funny costumes, impressions, inappropriate t-shirts, and doing everything in her power to embarrass her kids. But most of all, Trish loved spending time by her husband’s side, bragging about her kids, and loving on her granddaughter.
Trish is preceded in death by her mother, Linda Pipkin and granddaughter, Kardy DiAnn Pereira.
She is survived by her loving husband, Marty; parents, Robert and Cindy Dotson; daughter, Cailyn Pereira (Joseph); son, Kyle Yerrick; brother, Daniel Dotson (Tina); sisters, Kelli Craft (Michael) and Jenna Burt; and granddaughter, Sutton Jo Pereira.
