Patricia Manners

Patricia Ann Manners was born on July 7th, 1964 to Bernard and Dorothy Norman of Fulton, IL. She was deeply cherished by her children and grandchildren; and enjoyed making them smile and laugh daily. Her laugh could be felt by the soul and smile would brighten any room. She was a woman that knew how to love and gave all those around her unconditional care. In her honor, Patty would love it if you toasted her memory with some good moonshine, hot wings, and spoiled your pets as she was a lover of all animals.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Manners. Those left behind to cherish her memory are her children, son; Kyle Manners, daughter; Melanie Manners and four grandchildren.

A celebration of Life will be scheduled at a later date.
