Owen Milton, 81, Dover, died Friday, December 17, 2010, at Murray Calloway County Hospital, Murray, Kentucky. The funeral will be held at 2:00 pm Monday at Anglin Funeral Home with Rev. Tony Chester officiating. Burial will be in Stewart County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 12:00 - 8:00 pm Sunday at Anglin Funeral Home.
He was born December 13, 1929 in Stewart County, son of the late Elbert and Beulah Milton. He was owner of Milton Sawmill. In addition to his parents Mr. Milton is preceded in death by his wife, Bertha Mae Fitzhugh Milton, brothers, Harvel and JR Milton, and great-grandchild, Chastity White. Survivors include his children, Roger (Sheila) Milton, Bennie (Nancy) Milton, Jeff (Connie) Milton, and Cindy (Danny) Luffman, all of Dover, ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Jimmy Sanders, Stephen Milton, Roger Milton, Jr., Jerry Sullivan, Dale Martin, Danny Martin, Carl Cottrell, and Kennedy Jackson.
