Opal Wilson

Opal Frances Wilson, 80 of Dover, TN passed away on Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at Vanderbilt Medical Center. She was born October 22, 1936 in Big A, TN daughter of the late Herman and Roberta Wyatt Wilson. Mrs. Wilson was a homemaker and a member of the Wyatt’s Chapel United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Watt Pope, son, Chris Pope and sisters, Thelma Castile and Vicki Riggins. Survivors include her son, Tommy Pope (Silvia), Dover, TN, daughters, Tracy Wallace (Byron), Harrogate, TN, Brooxie Lucas (Kevin), Rush, KY, grandchildren, Christopher Pope, Renee Pope, Drew Howard, Thomas Wallace, Andrew Wallace, Mattie Newton, Taylor Newton and brothers in law, Danny Castile and Wayne Riggins.
A memorial service will be on Saturday, April 15, 2017 at 4:00 pm at Anglin Funeral Home with Bro. Ryne Lee officiating. Visitation will be on Saturday, April 15, 2017 from 3-4:00 pm at Anglin Funeral Home.
