Opal Courtney

Opal Earlene Courtney, 84, Erin, TN passed away Thursday, April 7, 2011 at her residence. Graveside services will be Saturday, April 9, 2011 at the Lane Cemetery. Burial will be in the Lane Cemetery. Mrs. Courtney was born in 1926 to the late Oscar and Irene Hopes Taylor. She was a homemaker, member of the Houston Co. Women's Auxillary VFW and Meals on Wheels. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Harry R. Courtney. She is survived by her son, Richard Courtney, two grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
