Odell Cathey

Lovie Odell Wallace Cathey, age 92 of Big Rock, passed away Friday, April 15, 2016 at her home. She was born February 1, 1924 in Stewart County, daughter of the late William Tilden and Addie Taylor Wallace.
In addition to her parents she is preceded by her first husband, Oneal Wallace and her second husband, Owen Cathey.
Survivors include her son and his wife Neal Bruce and Rosie Wallace, Big Rock, granddaughter, Amy Elizabeth McDowell (Shane), Gatlinburg, TN, great grandson, Ethan Wallace, Gatlinburg, TN, sister, Manevia Williams, Middleton, OH, step granddaughter, Dana Page (David), Paris, TN, and six step great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday at Stewart County Memorial Gardens, with Rev. Melvin Dunaway and Rev. Kelvin Miner officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00 – 8:00 pm on Monday at Anglin Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be David Wayne Wallace, Gary Neal Page, Shane McDowell, Ethan Wallace, Bubba Miner, and David Page.
Honorary pallbearers will be Conrad Earhart, Bob Page, Gene Knight, Wayne Wallace, Darrell Watson, and Ted Newberry.
