Nancy Austin

Mrs. Nancy Louise Austin, age 80, of Indian Mound, TN, peacefully passed away on Friday, February 21, 2025, at Dover Care Center. She was born on March 1, 1944, in Stewart County, TN, to the late James and Viola Mae Heflin.

Nancy was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who dedicated her life to raising her children with love and care. Her greatest joy came from being at home, providing a nurturing and loving environment for her family. She cherished her role as a mother and grandmother will forever be remembered.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 58 years, Robert Austin, Sr., as well as her brothers and sisters.

Nancy leaves behind a loving family who will carry forward her memory: her children, Robert Austin, Jr., Ricky Austin, and Mary Heflin, along with 14 grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at 1:00 pm at Anglin Funeral Home, with Bro. Danny Austin officiating. Visitation will begin at 11:00 am and continue until the time of the service. She will be laid to rest beside her husband at Austin Cemetery in Indian Mound, TN. Her family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
