Morris Lee

Rev. Morris Eugene Lee, 89, Big Rock, TN passed away on Tuesday, January 1, 2013 at Clarksville Nursing & Rehab. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 5, 2013 at 11:00 am at Anglin Funeral Home with Rev. David Whitehead, Jonathan Rupprecht and Dale Lee officiating. Burial will be in the Milburn Cemetery, Milburn, KY. Visitation will be on Friday, January 4, 2013 from 4:30-8:00 pm and on Saturday, January 5, 2013 from 10-11:00 am at Anglin Funeral Home. He was born August 19, 1923 in Clinton, KY son of the late Claudia Dean and Thula Mae Irvin Lee. Bro. Lee pastored many churches from 1950 until 1989 when he retired. After retirement he served as supply pastor of several churches in Stewart and Montgomery Co. He was a Chaplin with the American Legion and member of the Bumpus Mills Masonic Lodge. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by four brothers and three sisters. Survivors include his wife, Marjorie Hayden Lee, Big Rock, TN; son, Dale Lee (Linda), Richmond, VA; Janet Lee Rupprecht (Thomas), Jupiter, FL; sisters, Wanda Ballew, Mayfield, KY and Martha Adams, Bardwell, KY; three grandchildren and one great grandchild. Pallbearers will be family and friends. Due to allergies, family request that donations be made to the Big Rock Baptist Church or the Walnut Grove Baptist Church.
