Michael Fields

Michael Dwayne Fields, 40, Dover, TN passed away on Monday, March 18, 2013 at his residence. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 23, 2013 at Nine Mile United Methodist Church, Ellijay, GA. Burial will follow in the Nine Mile United Methodist Church cemetery, Ellijay, GA. Visitation will be on Thursday, March 21, 2013 from 5-7pm at Anglin Funeral Home, Dover, TN. He was born October 2, 1972 in Fulton Co., GA son of Richard Fields and Sandra Cooper Scruggs. Mr. Fields was an equipment care operator for Hemlock Semiconductor and a U.S. Army veteran. He was preceded in death by his father. Survivors include his wife of 21+ years, Sarah Wells Fields, Dover, TN; his mother and stepfather, Sandra and Earl Scruggs, Ellijay, GA; sister, Christy Roberson, Douglasville, GA and nephews, Taylor and Kevin.
