Maxine Lancaster, 70 of Bumpus Mills, TN passed away on Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at Gateway Medical Center. Funeral services will held on Monday, February 23, 2015 at 11:00 am at Anglin Funeral Home with Bro. Scott Weber officiating. Burial will follow in the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West, Hopkinsville, KY. Visitation will be on Sunday, February 22, 2015 from 5-8:00 pm and on Monday, February 23, 2015 from 9-11:00 am at Anglin Funeral Home.
She was born September 4, 1944 in Stewart Co., TN daughter of the late Raymond and Pauline Francis Gibbs. Mrs. Lancaster was a Homemaker. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Blondell Taylor. Survivors include her husband, James Lancaster, Bumpus Mills, TN, son, Chad Lancaster, Bumpus Mills, TN, granddaughter, Adley Lancaster, brother, Frank Gibbs, Trigg Co., KY, and sister, JoAnn Hester, Big Rock, TN. Pallbearers will be Frankie Gibbs, Stacy Gibbs, Tracy Gibbs, Paul Hester, Danny Taylor and Mike Wolfe.
