Maurice Story

Ms. Maurice Virginia Story, age 90, of Dover, passed away, Thursday, August 1, 2019, at Diversicare of Dover. She was born March 14, 1929 in Dover, Tennessee, daughter of the late Morris and Mary Meadows Folks.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, James Paul ‘Hoover’ Story, and seven sisters.
Survivors include her son, Archie Story, Dover, daughters, Pamela Crockarell, Georgetown, KY and Dwan Taylor, Lexington, KY, seven grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
The funeral service will be at 12:00 pm Monday, August 5, 2019 at Anglin Funeral Home with her grandson, Chad Helton and Rev. George Miller officiating. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, August 4th from 2:00 pm – 4pm and will continue on Monday from 11:00 am until the time of service at Anglin Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Chad Helton, Gene Taylor, Barney Crockarell, Tucker Story, Paul Mathenia, David Crockarell, and Thomas Verble.
