Mary Emily Slover, 86, Cumberland Furnace, TN, died Friday, May 28, 2010, at Manor House of Dover. The funeral will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday at Anglin Funeral Home with Charlie Mathis officiating. Burial will be in Hall Cemetery, Houston, Co., TN. Visitation will be from 12-2:00 pm Sunday at Anglin Funeral Home at Anglin Funeral Home.
Anglin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born Feb. 20, 1924 in Houston Co., TN daughter of the late John and Mary Gafford Heggie. Mrs. Slover was a homemaker and the Assembly of God. Survivors include her husband, Arthur Slover, Cumberland Furnace, TN; daughter, Mary Elizabeth Lampman, Clarksville, TN; brothers, Garner Heggie and Ross Heggie, both of California; sister, Josephine Bickford, California; grandchildren, Ronnie Hudson, Elaine Spears, Kyle Lampman, Robbie Lampman, David Lampman, and Lisa Casey; thirteen great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. Family and friends will be pallbearers.
