Mrs. Mary Melissa Sears, 58, Dover, TN, passed away Sunday, October 16, 2011, at her residence. The funeral service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 19, at Anglin Funeral Home, Dover. Visitation will be from 5:00 - 6:00 pm Wednesday at Anglin Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am at Hixson Brothers Funeral Home, Pineville, Louisiana, on Saturday, October 22, with burial in the Dry Prong Cemetery, Dry Prong, Louisiana. She was born September 20, 1953, in Phoenix, AZ, daughter of Toni Fuller Barnes and the late Charles Barber. She married Wayne Sears on December 6, 1975. Mrs. Sears was a Registered Nurse for over 20 years, an army wife for 26 years, and an Episcopalian. Survivors include her husband, Wayne Sears, Dover, mother, Toni Barnes, Dover, and brother, Mark Barber, Lindsberg, KS.
