Mary Hernandez

Mary Gregg Hernandez, 57, Indian Mound, died passed away Tuesday, August 31, 2010, at Gateway Medical Center. The funeral will be held at 1:00 pm Friday at Anglin Funeral Home with Carl Newberry and Ted Newberry officiating. Burial will be in Gregg Family Cemetery, Old Hwy 79. Visitation will be from 5-8 pm Thursday at Anglin Funeral Home at Anglin Funeral Home.
Anglin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born September 2, 1952 in Dover, TN daughter of the late Lynn and Maggie Pulley Newberry. She was the wife of the late James "Buddy" Gregg and worked at Brigham Hardware for many years. Mrs. Hernandez attended Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Fernando Hernandez, Indian Mound; daughter, Sandy (Luke) McElroy, Dover, daughter, Carol (Chris) Hillis, Murfreesboro, TN, son, Kevin Myers, Dover, son, Mitch (Margaret) Gregg, Dover, son, Mike Gregg, Murfreesboro, TN, and daughter, Ashley Gregg, Indian Mound; grandchildren, Chris, Shelbie, Taylor, Bryson and Lesley. Pallbearers will be Mitch Gregg, Mike Gregg, Luke McElroy, Chris Hillis, Jason Castile and Terry Lee. Honorary pallbearers will be Kevin Myers, Timmy Keatts, Chris McClure and Eddie Newberry.
