Margaret 'Becky' Campbell

Mrs. Margaret “Becky” Campbell, age 97, of Dover, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 13, 2026, at Dover Care Center, with her loving family by her side. She was born in Palmyra, Tennessee, on April 6, 1928, to the late Robert and Lola Williams Steeley.

Becky was a faithful servant who loved the Lord and was a devoted member of Bear Springs Baptist Church. She was active in Sunday School and many other church activities, always cherishing the fellowship she shared with family and friends. A lifelong caregiver, Becky was a loving and devoted wife and mother. She extended her compassionate spirit into her nursing career, working at Clarksville Memorial Hospital and Palmyra Nursing Home. Caring for others was truly her calling, and she treasured every moment spent serving those in need.

In her spare time, Becky enjoyed reading and the adventures found within the pages of a good book. She took great pride in her flower gardens and found joy in birdwatching and feeding her feathered friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Bernie D. Campbell; her sons, Vincent E. Campbell and infant son, Bryan James Campbell; her brothers, Samuel and Jessie Steeley; her sisters, Lorene Lehman, Joyce Adkins, and Betty Dotson; and her grandson, Adam Campbell.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her son and daughter-in-law, Kevin and Callie Campbell; daughter-in-law; Dianne Stepp Campbell; brother, Orman Steeley; her grandchildren, Brent, Drew, Chad, Chase, Casey Campbell, Mika Lane, Monica Newman, and Matthew Campbell; 18 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held at Anglin Funeral Home on Friday, February 20, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Visitation will resume on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. and continue until the funeral service at 12:00 p.m. with Bro. William Gray officiating. Burial will follow at Stewart County Memorial Gardens. Serving as pallbearers will be Brent, Drew, Chad, Chase, Casey, and Matthew Campbell
