Lloyd Eugene Loosey, age 69 of Dover, TN passed away Sunday, August 22, 2021 at AHC in Paris, TN. He was born August 27, 1951 in Mountain Home, AR to the late James Ewell and F. Maxine Havner Loosey. He married Cynthia Jeanette Acklin on August 17, 1975 in Old Joe, AR.
He was employed in heavy construction operator on multiple projects and was an avid carpenter.
He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Cynthia Jeanette Acklin Loosey of Dover, TN, sons; Emmit Eugene (April) Loosey of Stewart, TN, Benjamin Ewell (Colette) Loosey of Metropolis, ILL, three grandchildren; Nathan Tyler Loosey of Mountain Home, AR, Steven Mason Loosey and Mollie Cherylyn Loosey of Stewart, TN, sister; Betty Jean Killian of Calico Rock, AR.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother; James Earl (Bub) Loosey and sister; Dorthy May Loosey.
Visitation will be Wednesday, August 25, 2021 from 10:00 am until 11:00 am. His wishes were to be cremated.
