Lurton Leon Warfield, 81, Dover, TN passed away Monday, October 31, 2011 at Centennial Hospital, Nashville, TN. Graveside services will be held Friday, November 4, 2011 at 11:00 am at the Hildreth Cemetery, Carlisle, TN with Rev. Tim McDonald officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, November 3, 2011 from 4-8 pm and Friday, November 4, 2011 from 9:30-10:30 am at Anglin Funeral Home. He was born September 2, 1930 in Stewart Co., TN son of the late Burt and Eula Wyatt Warfield. Mr. Warfield was a farmer. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a son, Jimmy Warfield. Survivors include his wife, Mary Lemons Warfield, Dover, TN; son, William Warfield, Dover, TN and sisters, Elouise Fox, Dickson, TN and Audrey Warfield, MI. Nephews will serve as pallbearers.
