Larry Earhart

Larry Wayne Earhart, age 76, went to be with Jesus on Monday, July 14, 2025 with his family by his side. Larry was born to Freeman and Edna Bumpus Earhart on November 8, 1948 in Saint Louis, Missouri. He worked at Trane Company, ran his own service station and worked at TVA for 30 plus years where he retired. He was always a very hard worker, loved people and provided for his family or anyone in need.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his beloved daughter, Tonya Kay Earhart Swift. He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Brenda Trinkle Earhart: loving son Derek (Dana) Earhart, sister Diane Tishko, grandchildren: Whitni (Jesse) Kriwox, Ryan (Katherine) Earhart, Cole (Ashley) Earhart, Killian Swift and Cameron Holt, great grandchildren: Dawson Earhart, David Kriwox, Andi Earhart and Tye Earhart.

Larry never met a stranger, had many friends and was known for his generosity and giving spirit who would give you the shirt off his back. He loved the Lord, his family and all of his dear friends.

We will love and miss him dearly until we meet again in Heaven.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 18, 2025 at 12:00 pm at Pleasant Hill Freewill Baptist Church with Bro. Dean Lee officiating. Pallbearers will be Ryan Earhart, Cole Earhart, Jesse Kriwox, Tracy Swift, Tim Borens and Todd Borens.

The family request in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Larry’s honor to Angels on Duty, 1104 Old Highway 79, Dover, TN 37058.
